Fourth JCOMM Workshop on Advances in Marine Climatology (CLIMAR-IV; 9-12 June) and First ICOADS Value-Added Database (IVAD-I; 13 June 2014) Workshop

CLIMAR-IV Abstract Submission (closes 14th March 2014)

The first call for papers is now open and will close on the 14th March. Presentations are invited under eight themes:

Surface temperatures Characteristics of the observing system(s)
Waves and storm surges Applications of marine climatology
Air - sea interaction Data recovery and management initiatives
Oceanographic Data Quality control

Papers focusing on the workshop objectives will be given priority but we also welcome more general submissions. To submit an abstract please complete and e-mail this template form (docx) to David Berry (dyb@noc.ac.uk), with subject line "CLIMAR-IV abstract submission". Alternatively, if you are unable to use the form please send your abstract and author list as a plain text e-mail to David Berry. Please also indicate your session preference and whether you wish to make an oral or poster presentation in the e-mail.

Authors will be notified by the 11th April as to which session their submission has been allocated to and whether it will be as a oral or poster presentation.
