All programs, documentation, and keyed data files still available from the
keying and quality control of the US Merchant Marine 1912-46 Collection were
copied from directory COADQC on the NCDC server, and placed on the CD-ROM.
The contents of the CD-ROM were copied to this directory, and ORG.ZIP was
unzipped into ORG_folder.
