International Comprehensive Ocean-Atmosphere Data Set (ICOADS)
International Partnership
ICOADS is now formally managed via an international partnership, under a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Enhance Support for the International Comprehensive Ocean-Atmosphere Data Set (ICOADS) Program through International Partnership, with eight signatories from the US, UK, and Germany. Principal and contributing (indented) partner organizations are listed below:

Under the LOI, the ICOADS Steering Committee (ISC) exists to promote ICOADS and to provide scientific oversight and technical input for the Program, with Terms of Reference (ToR) and current Membership as defined in this document.
