LMRF inventories (Releases 1a and 1b)

The following inventories (Tables and Figures) are available from this page based on Release 1b (1950-79) and Release 1a (1980-97) individual marine reports in the LMRF format:

Table 1. Annual (1950-97) counts of LMRF per platform type (PT) (columns) and per deck (rows within each year). An additional row for each year lists the total (over all decks) per PT.

Table 2. Annual (1950-97) counts of LMRF per ID indicator (II) (columns) and per deck (rows within each year). The right-most column lists the total (over all II values) per deck. An additional row for each year lists the total (over all decks) per PT, and a yearly grand total in the right-most column.

Table 3. Decadal and annual counts of LMRF per deck. The decades are labeled by omitting the units digit (e.g., 195 indicates 1950-59). Within each decade, the columns list annual counts (labeled with only the units digit, e.g., 1 within decade 195 refers to 1951) and the rows list counts per deck. An additional row for each decade lists the total (over all decks) per year.

Notes:

a) Bar charts: Colors are ordered, from top to bottom, from smallest to largest total values over the plotted time period.
b) Table 1 and Figure 1: PT settings 0-1 are very poorly documented in the historical data, and probably should be regarded as equivalent to ship data (PT=5).
